Returns

If upon receiving your product you find that it does not work properly, you have 30 days to request the return or exchange of the product. To do this, you must access your user / my orders and request the return of the product. In the event that you decide to return the product, but the product is not defective from the factory, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

You have 5 days from receipt of the package to verify that the product has been received correctly and does not present any damage in transit. In the event that the product is damaged from the factory, the shipping costs for home collection are free.

1. REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION

If you are registered, go to the My Account section.

Then select History and details of my orders.

Select the order in which the product you wish to return is located.

1. Select the product you wish to return from the list of your order.

2. Explain the reason for the return.

3. Click on "Make a Return Goods Authorization Note".

You will then receive a confirmation email with all the details of your return.

2. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE WITH THE DELIVERY NOTE

Pack your items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the delivery note. It is important that you indicate on this document if you wish to make an exchange or return and the corresponding items.

If you cannot find it, go to My Orders in the My Account section, select your order and print the 'Return Form'.

3. THE CARRIER WILL COME TO YOUR HOME TO PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE.

Once you have received the return authorization, you must send the product with the transport agency that is most convenient for you if you must send the product or you must wait for MRW to pick up the package if is responsible for the return.

If it is a return, the refund will be made effective within a maximum period of 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal in the same method of payment used in the purchase and within 3 to 12 working days since we receive your package in our warehouses.

Conditions for returns

In the realization of exchanges and returns you have to know that:

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • As soon as we receive your package, we will verify the condition of the items and make the exchange or refund of the returned products.
  • Please note that in the case of returns by postal mail, CPU GLOBAL SALES S.L.U. will not accept shipments carriage forward or cash on delivery and will not be credited shipping costs or return.
  • In the case of games, the return is only accepted in the event that the game is sealed, as it was delivered.
  • The warnings of products delivered with damages must be communicated to CPU GLOBAL SALES S.L.U. in a term inferior to 5 calendar days from the date of reception, not making us responsible for the products with later communications.

WARNING: The articles of personal hygiene can only be returned in case of defect or if it is sealed, as you have received it.

Refunds

The refund period can range from 3 to 12 working days after we receive your return in our warehouse. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the credit will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase.

Did you pay by bank transfer? In this case, we will need your IBAN code to make the refund. To do so, please send us an email to atc@.com with your bank details. As soon as we receive this information, we will make the refund. Remember that the IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is being sent.

If you have received an item with a defect or that does not correspond to the purchase and you decide to return it by mail, remember to include in the package the receipt of the shipping costs to our offices. As soon as we verify the condition of the products, we will credit you the amount of the returned items and the corresponding shipping and return costs.

Please note that the transport reimbursement will be made after the payment of the items.

*Important Note*.

In we label all products by their serial number so we will only accept the return and corresponding refund of those items that match the serial number sent.
