That I have been I. informed that, provided that the article sent is exactly the

purchased and does not present any defect or factory defect, I will be at my expense

II. I have been informed that I will not be able to exercise my right of withdrawal on

products that are exempted within the clause of EXCEPTIONS TO

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

III. That attached to this withdrawal document, a copy of the purchase invoice

of the product purchased.

IV. That I have been informed that, in accordance with current regulations, I must return

the product without delay and in any event no later than 14 days

natural from the date on which I communicate my decision to withdraw from the contract.

V. That according to the aforementioned articles, I exercise the right of withdrawal,

returning the corresponding product in perfect condition, with its original packaging,

with all the accessories and promotions attached to the purchase.

I also agree that, in the event that my right is applicable, the

total amount paid at the time, WITHOUT interest, to the account I provided within a period of time not

more than 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of this by

part of the Provider.
