When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD you will always be asked for the following data: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that coincides with the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

This form of payment is valid only on the web.

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and recredit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder will be made as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for refund was not the result of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, he will be obliged to CPU GLOBAL SALES S.L.U. to compensation for damages caused as a result of such cancellation.

The availability of the products offered by CPU GLOBAL SALES S.L.U. may vary depending on customer demand. Although CPU GLOBAL SALES S.L.U. updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that time. In case of not execution for unavailability, CPU GLOBAL SALES S.L.U. in the moment that it has knowledge of this situation will notify it to the client, by means of an e-mail. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum term of 30 days. CPU GLOBAL SALES S.L.U. will be able to give the double option of: to provide to the client without increase of price, a product of similar characteristics or of superior quality, or except for reasons justified and demonstrable by CPU GLOBAL SALES S.L.U. within this same period to pay the sums paid by the annulled order. In the supposition that CPU GLOBAL SALES S.L.U. does not realize this payment in the indicated term, the buyer will be able to claim that the double of the due sum is paid to him, without prejudice to his right to be compensated.
