An end-of-run sensor is a contact sensor. It works by displaying an electrical signal when it detects the presence of mechanical movement.
Connect it to any of the digital ports on the Build&Code 4in1 board. To guide you, look at the colors of the cables and the colors of the board terminals. Each cable must be connected to its color.
